Not employee friendly - Anonymous employee GlobalData Employee Review

Very few people in IT department--you literally have to beg to even get your system fixed,hardware replacement or software update No managerial skills--the only way they think they can get the work done by employees is by shouting and insulting them on the floor No training at all---if you are someone who is entirely new to the job profile...you are doomed...in the name of training...they will ask a person who joined few days before you to train...and then they expect you to become SME in couple of weeks PM don't even know the process themselves Not an employee friendly place
