      Pros

      Good weekly training scheme, nice colleagues, office well located. The overall environment looks relaxed and professional, with honest computer and other facilities (printer, etc..)

      Cons

      Work repetitive in a the long-run, with poor management due to high tour over. Definitely space for improvement, especially in regards to prospect approach and negotiation process.

      Be ready to go into office but the people are friendly and its productive.

      Supportive team, collaboration within the team

      Cons

      You never get a raise or promotion, not even annual inflation adjustment. Higher management doesn’t care about you or any other employees. They are only concern about generating more revenue without even appreciating or giving any perks to their employees.
