Cons
Not a good place for plodders - if you are looking for a company to sit on your basic salary this is not it. Sales environment and KPI's are designed for individuals that are seriously goal driven and want to kick start their careers. I joined as a graduate 15+ years ago, by being extremely driven and motivated the company has allowed me to develop into a role that I can thrive in. I have also seen the same happen to many people during that time.
