      Pros

      Lots of learning opportunities. if you don't like a particular team you can ask to join the another team.

      Cons

      The management is not very helping and HR department is just fir decorating office in Christmas and New Year. For junior level employees, salary is very less. For higher level employees its more than they need for their four generation.

      Be ready to go into office but the people are friendly and its productive.

      Supportive team, collaboration within the team

      Cons

      You never get a raise or promotion, not even annual inflation adjustment. Higher management doesn’t care about you or any other employees. They are only concern about generating more revenue without even appreciating or giving any perks to their employees.
