Pros
1) Leader in Medical Devices business Intelligence (monopoly in same domain for Database) 2) Have Pharma Domain- With database and report division 3) Good Payer with good opportunity for growth in term of position. Good exposure to the people management skills. 4) Good place for freshers to start and learn
Cons
1) Work-life balance is OK but not that great to set an example 2) Quality- I will say the same as above 3) Learning- for freshers OK and for experienced this company can give people management skills.
