      Pros

      Unequal distribution of work...those who can slog are always loaded and those who are not worth to be working even enjoy their lives. But again rewards are also lower for these people..which I guess is fine..

      Cons

      No Cons as in such..but at times people are stuck at the same position as they have not completed a stipulated amount of time..which at times becomes difficult

      Lots of freedom. Need to have product for clients.

      Cons

      Be ready to go into office but the people are friendly and its productive.

      Supportive team, collaboration within the team

      Cons

      You never get a raise or promotion, not even annual inflation adjustment. Higher management doesn’t care about you or any other employees. They are only concern about generating more revenue without even appreciating or giving any perks to their employees.
