      People on my team were fantastic

      Cons

      Really backwards company; did absolutely nothing for their staff, really low salaries, dilapidated offices - you get the feel that the only way they turn a profit is by cutting the bottom line and stripping things back to the bare minimum!

      Lots of freedom. Need to have product for clients.

      Be ready to go into office but the people are friendly and its productive.

      Supportive team, collaboration within the team

      Cons

      You never get a raise or promotion, not even annual inflation adjustment. Higher management doesn’t care about you or any other employees. They are only concern about generating more revenue without even appreciating or giving any perks to their employees.
