Management which genuinely cares for individual career progression whilst incentivizing consistent performance. Sociable working environment balanced with an emphasis on positive work ethic.
Cons
There is no easy route to progression. Simply put, what you put in is what you get out, both in terms of job responsibilities and financial progression. If you are willing to go the extra mile, it will not be without its rewards. Competitive environment really stands out, which I understand some might find to be a con. Personally, I believe it drives individual and team progression and comes naturally to a sales BD role.
