      Pros

      Some Managers (Others are "I will leave that to your imagination") Salary is never delayed Shift Timings

      Cons

      The list is big 1. Heavy workload, atleast in the team that I work (I'm surprised to see work-life balance comments here). 2. Basic infrastructure is missing 3. IT and Admin Departments are good for nothing (never responds to issues raised). 4. Quantity is preferred over quality of work 5. Bootlickers and women get promoted quickly

      Lots of freedom. Need to have product for clients.

      Cons

      Be ready to go into office but the people are friendly and its productive.

      Supportive team, collaboration within the team

      Cons

      You never get a raise or promotion, not even annual inflation adjustment. Higher management doesn’t care about you or any other employees. They are only concern about generating more revenue without even appreciating or giving any perks to their employees.
