Very very less pay. If you are a fresher then your salary and the watchmen or cleaning staff's pay is same. Low appraisal's and it's only for manager frenzies... Don't expect hikes Keeping money aside, You can't even learn good work which is worth. Copy paste work for secondary research and it's like a reception job for primary research... Lot of work pressure and majority of the employees looks for a job change... No transportation Canteen food is not good at all
