Pros

No perks to this job. The company hires very talented people and destroys any motivation in them. I do not recommend anybody to work for this company.

Cons

- low pay - almost impossible to get a promotion or pay rise. They expect you to work at a low salary at a low level for no benefit for you - horrible offices with not even a kettle for coffee - managers who are brainwashed and lazy - a culture of do the bare minimum to get by. This does not stimulate growth in employees but complacency - the ceo has to approve minor decisions which is embarrassing for senior management - hr is full of lies. Tells the staff they care but in reality do nothing to change things - product is bad. GD has acquired many good companies with good products but will most likely destroy any creativity these companies once had - do not work here. If you’re interested in this area. Go to a competitor. This company does not respect its staff

Lots of freedom. Need to have product for clients.

Cons

Be ready to go into office but the people are friendly and its productive.

Pros

Supportive team, collaboration within the team

Cons

You never get a raise or promotion, not even annual inflation adjustment. Higher management doesn’t care about you or any other employees. They are only concern about generating more revenue without even appreciating or giving any perks to their employees.
