Pros
The managers in the company have ample amount of good/quality work to give to the team provided they are skilled enough to handle one. The learning opportunities are high here.
Cons
The managers in the company may burden you with lot and lot of work unless you object (which might give a negative). The hike process for promotion/regular hike is really poor (you might end up with same percentages in both the scenarios). It is advisable to leave the company and not expect promotion (as you shall be getting more hike in one company switch as compared to two promotions here as per market standards).
