Cons
Work pressure: You have to create 8 profiles in a week including QC and upload (Which is manageable to do it, depending on how you manage it) Strike policy: Which is bad and good too. There are 5 strikes are allowed in a month (that mean you can come late 5 days in a month, but you have to be there in the office for minimum 6 hours), after the 5 strikes, one leave will be deducted from your leave balance Leave: 2 leaves per month Salary: Not as per the industry standards (pays you less as per the industry standards) Career Growth: Slow growth, slow promotion, less hike Hike: If you perform too good, then you may get 10-12% max
