Pros

Associates & Analyst will get hands-on experience in primary/secondary research, report/content writing. Work and life balance are perfect here I feel.

Cons

Payscale is less than industry standard point of view. Medical insurance only for the employee and spouse for 3 lakhs (parents/siblings not covered). No skill related training as well

Cons

Be ready to go into office but the people are friendly and its productive.

Pros

Supportive team, collaboration within the team

Cons

You never get a raise or promotion, not even annual inflation adjustment. Higher management doesn’t care about you or any other employees. They are only concern about generating more revenue without even appreciating or giving any perks to their employees.
