Pros

Product is very good. Central london location. Good company to grow in and then move on.

Cons

Very unprofessional environment at times. A few very immature and childish managers. No pay rises. Zero career progression opportunities. Minimal pay for what you do.

I'm sorry to hear you did not enjoy your time at GlobalData. I'm surprised to hear you felt there were limited opportunities for progression - we have a very strong commission structure and training programme for Account Managers which is designed to ensure that they progress within the business. The vast majority of senior sales managers that we employ started out in junior roles and have worked their way up this same training programme.We would always encourage upward feedback to your line manager, and recommend reaching out the HR team should you encounter any issues which you do not feel comfortable addressing with the management team.

Cons

Be ready to go into office but the people are friendly and its productive.

Supportive team, collaboration within the team

Cons

You never get a raise or promotion, not even annual inflation adjustment. Higher management doesn’t care about you or any other employees. They are only concern about generating more revenue without even appreciating or giving any perks to their employees.
