      Pros

      Training is second to none if you are starting out in Sales this is the place to be get a year or two under your belt. The people make it easier to work in this shambles of a place. Work Life Balance is good finish on time most of the time.

      Cons

      Too many changes, managers do what they want when they want there is no organisation what so ever no clarity and transparency everything comes to light last minute. Not the best place to earn leads are dry No stability constant changes

      Lots of freedom. Need to have product for clients.

      Cons

      Be ready to go into office but the people are friendly and its productive.

      Supportive team, collaboration within the team

      Cons

      You never get a raise or promotion, not even annual inflation adjustment. Higher management doesn’t care about you or any other employees. They are only concern about generating more revenue without even appreciating or giving any perks to their employees.
