- Some good salespeople to learn from - Good commission structure - The odd person does not have a massive ego so you can have a normal conversation
Cons
- Outdated boiler room office culture - Micromanagement is on another level - Spend way too much time focused pushing for call time and volume rather than developing quality prospects - Product is actually very inaccurate the numbers are based on modelling and the methodology for data collection is sketchy to say the least - Misleading product capabilities - Leadership seen to only be bothered about pumping up the share price by any means possible - "To Be World Class" is the company mission...genuinely...
