      Small organisation with exposure to excellent clients

      Cons

      Horrible working conditions. Senior management fixated on wrong strategy for growth and market capitalisation. All in all a good starting point for a graduate to gainew insight into industry. But wrong place to build a career.

      Be ready to go into office but the people are friendly and its productive.

      Supportive team, collaboration within the team

      Cons

      You never get a raise or promotion, not even annual inflation adjustment. Higher management doesn’t care about you or any other employees. They are only concern about generating more revenue without even appreciating or giving any perks to their employees.
