      Pros

      - Interesting work - Great for newcomers to the industry, lots to learn - Decent product - Good work-life balance - Some very good analysts

      Cons

      - Pay way below industry standard - Good/hard work is not appreciated by management, while employees who do less than the minimum can just coast along - Company is very cheap, zero support for working remotely - Some truly incompetent and unprofessional line managers - Slow, incompetent, and understaffed HR and IT in US - Zero company culture in the US - Very high employee turnover rate due to all above reasons

      Lots of freedom. Need to have product for clients.

      Cons

      Be ready to go into office but the people are friendly and its productive.

      Pros

      Supportive team, collaboration within the team

      Cons

      You never get a raise or promotion, not even annual inflation adjustment. Higher management doesn’t care about you or any other employees. They are only concern about generating more revenue without even appreciating or giving any perks to their employees.
