Pros
You can learn a lot of skills here but mostly through the fact all departments are under resourced and you have to make ends meet how ever possible. Managers care, but don't have any action to back it up, they are unable to control any decisions so doesn't count for much in reality.
Cons
Unreasonable expectation and goals, alongside lies and deceit from the CEO right down through all layers of management make this a horrible environment to work. If you're looking for a company that cares and values your hard work, loyalty, or performance this isn't the place for you, you'll end up with more work, responsibilities, and pressure as a result, and they'll expect you to do it for free. Customer Success is viewed as a do everything department, the pay is minimum 25% below the market rate, the work you do isn't rewarded, and its almost impossible to receive a pay rise or promotion as this has to be approved by the CEO. He still calls it customer service like we're a call centre, and the senior managers accept this as a way of working.
