      Pros

      Easy to get lost in the system so that people keep off your back

      Cons

      No progression, very uncompetitive salaries. There's also a chaotic senior management (partly thanks to a lot of churn at top levels) which means decisions are constantly coming down from on high which make no sense and are entirely forgotten by next quarter. Since everyone knows this, a lot of them are never implemented.

      Lots of freedom. Need to have product for clients.

      Cons

      Be ready to go into office but the people are friendly and its productive.

      Supportive team, collaboration within the team

      Cons

      You never get a raise or promotion, not even annual inflation adjustment. Higher management doesn’t care about you or any other employees. They are only concern about generating more revenue without even appreciating or giving any perks to their employees.
