      Good work life balance Decent office location

      I joined The New Statesman which is owned by the same man who owns GD. It was a nice enough company however I, along with a group of others was moved over to Global Data, without a say in the matter. This was done without any care or consideration for the impact on individuals.

      Lots of freedom. Need to have product for clients.

      Be ready to go into office but the people are friendly and its productive.

      Supportive team, collaboration within the team

      Cons

      You never get a raise or promotion, not even annual inflation adjustment. Higher management doesn’t care about you or any other employees. They are only concern about generating more revenue without even appreciating or giving any perks to their employees.
