      Worked with some incredible people

      Cons

      Had the life slowly but surely sucked out of me and others around me by the toxic culture and environment. Company that is solely focussed on EBITDA over and above the well-being of its staff. Management will stop at nothing to protect revenue and share price.

      Be ready to go into office but the people are friendly and its productive.

      Supportive team, collaboration within the team

      Cons

      You never get a raise or promotion, not even annual inflation adjustment. Higher management doesn’t care about you or any other employees. They are only concern about generating more revenue without even appreciating or giving any perks to their employees.
