Pros
My direct team were fantastic and some of the most talented colleagues I've worked with Great IT support ( if a bit too hands on at times)
Cons
Bosses change direction and objectives seemingly over night Will cull entire teams without any warning HR very slow to respond to queries Will dangle perks and incentives and awards and then not follow through with execution. (I won an Amazon voucher for good work that never materialised.) The heads of the company do not really understand journalism or reporting Give impractical deadlines for large data projects Bad balance of work/life In almost three years of working there I never received a bonus or pay increase and no job progression was ever laid out for me In that time, I only had one development review
