The senior management at this company is the most meddlesome, micromanaging team you will ever encounter in a professional setting. The CEO has all the focus of a fruit fly at a rubbish dump. Strategy changes at a moment's notice, as does your employment status. Be prepared to have no clear structure to your work, no regard for your actual skillset and no regard for you as a person. There isn't even a pretence of employee care in this place. The company claims to have a media division, which is really a glorified marketing department to sell data that is rarely quality controlled, and when you point out the many, many, many glaring errors in the datasets that are sold to clients you are told not to talk about it as the CEO gets angry at that. Interesting to note the 5star reviews for this company by interns just in the door...
