- Micromanaged regularly whether you sell or not. - KPI targets for sales team are 80 calls a day, plus 2 hours on the phone - all in the same day. Every week you’ll be getting pressure from these KPIs because to reach them you have to work overtime. It doesn’t matter if you hit your target, you still have to make the KPIs delivered. - If you wish to achieve your targets you have to research new prospects, decision makers outside of your working hours, the same with preparing emails, otherwise you will never reach any KPIs. - Hybrid working- during the interview process they sell you the job as a hybrid, than few months down the line you are asked to come to the office every day. They change their policies multiple times a year. Make sure you request adding your hybrid working benefit in the contract, otherwise you’ll be surprised later that it’s not there..
