      Pros

      My line manager was great. Took action immediately when there was a problem with a colleague making me uncomfortable. Working from home was an option pre-pandemic a few days a week. Minimal oversight.

      Cons

      Upper management totally disengaged, had to force a pay review as was previously being paid £16k and then they advertised the same position at £18k. Work was tedious, no training given, no possibility of advancement or even a lateral move. Zero support overall. Mind numbing.

      Lots of freedom. Need to have product for clients.

      Cons

      Be ready to go into office but the people are friendly and its productive.

      Supportive team, collaboration within the team

      Cons

      You never get a raise or promotion, not even annual inflation adjustment. Higher management doesn’t care about you or any other employees. They are only concern about generating more revenue without even appreciating or giving any perks to their employees.
