Decent commission scheme, good "hands on" managers who lead by example, friendly and respectful work environment. For sales people there is money to be made if you're prepared to put in the effort.
Cons
Growing portfolio of products not without development pains but therein lies the opportunity. Office facilities could be better to keep pace with expanding workforce.
