      Good hr policies and work life balance

      Cons

      Managers need to be trained to not be biased and understand how to resolve crisis and and also groom people who have abilities. There is a tendency to chuck someone out if the person makes a couple of mistakes. Empathy and compassion need to be instilled in the upper management to help people learn and grow.

      Be ready to go into office but the people are friendly and its productive.

      Supportive team, collaboration within the team

      Cons

      You never get a raise or promotion, not even annual inflation adjustment. Higher management doesn’t care about you or any other employees. They are only concern about generating more revenue without even appreciating or giving any perks to their employees.
