Pros
Only good if you want a work life balance from your life. 9 Hrs work shift is a must, even if you dont have any work. No work pressure or any kind of job related tension once you leave the office.
Cons
There is nothing to learn, not a singe thing specially if you are in secondary research. In which most of the Associate analyst work. If you have very small dreams and just want to have a job and earning for living, this might be your place. Very limited scope for growth in the company and outside also as you are not learning even a single skill part from Google search.
