      Pros

      Well behaved colleagues. Supportive seniors (not same for all)

      Cons

      Management not sane. When you are even struggling to complete your own team's work other team projects are taken and you are expected to sacrifice your life. Also I am not a underperformer that I am crying for work life balance or compensation! I have sacrificed everything and work as hard as I could - what Did i get NOTHING!

      Lots of freedom. Need to have product for clients.

      Cons

      Be ready to go into office but the people are friendly and its productive.

      Supportive team, collaboration within the team

      Cons

      You never get a raise or promotion, not even annual inflation adjustment. Higher management doesn’t care about you or any other employees. They are only concern about generating more revenue without even appreciating or giving any perks to their employees.
