      - The collaborative team environment in the Thematic Intelligence division, run by very involved senior management who are always on hand to help and recognise those that work hard.

      Cons

      - Analysts are expected to spend an increasing amount of time in helping with client pitches - yet they do not receive any bonus when they are instrumental to the completed deal - for example taking charge for 95% of the call.

      Lots of freedom. Need to have product for clients.

      Cons

      Be ready to go into office but the people are friendly and its productive.

      Supportive team, collaboration within the team

      Cons

      You never get a raise or promotion, not even annual inflation adjustment. Higher management doesn’t care about you or any other employees. They are only concern about generating more revenue without even appreciating or giving any perks to their employees.
