Pros

The people and relaxed atmosphere make it a very nice environment to work in. Flexible hybrid working is also lovely. Major investment in AI (although still not fully functioning)

Cons

The compensation is not competitive. There are no bonus schemes, no commissions but analysts are still expected to provide a lot of sales support. Major reliance on the Indian office as well which often fails to deliver on time and to the expected quality levels.

Be ready to go into office but the people are friendly and its productive.

Supportive team, collaboration within the team

Cons

You never get a raise or promotion, not even annual inflation adjustment. Higher management doesn’t care about you or any other employees. They are only concern about generating more revenue without even appreciating or giving any perks to their employees.
