      Pros

      This is a good place to work if one has recently graduated or is need of experience. One will be able to learn the ropes in a short space of time as you will be pushed.

      Cons

      The job may become repetitive are a few months at the job. One will begin feeling like a hamster on a wheel.

      Be ready to go into office but the people are friendly and its productive.

      Supportive team, collaboration within the team

      Cons

      You never get a raise or promotion, not even annual inflation adjustment. Higher management doesn’t care about you or any other employees. They are only concern about generating more revenue without even appreciating or giving any perks to their employees.
