      Pros

      Excellent for learning about product development, SEO, process, technical design ..etc till last year not anymore as we almost in maintenance mode with minor features development and integration of acquisition products

      Cons

      Lots of silly politics which will not help company like 1. trying to create scope for his group people 2. trying to highlight to management his group minor achievements 2. promoting group members by creating scope which was taken from others

      Lots of freedom. Need to have product for clients.

      Cons

      Be ready to go into office but the people are friendly and its productive.

      Pros

      Supportive team, collaboration within the team

      Cons

      You never get a raise or promotion, not even annual inflation adjustment. Higher management doesn’t care about you or any other employees. They are only concern about generating more revenue without even appreciating or giving any perks to their employees.
