Excellent management in my team and department (GlobalData Agri) Interesting work Opportunities were given to take initiative and expand skills
Cons
A strange culture around inefficiencies in processes. The approach is to either let them lie or outsource them to the India office rather than fixing/improving them. As such, not much opportunity to use modern, up to date analysis tools and everything's still very excel heavy Also had to be prompted to raise my salary to meet new minimum wage requirements. My manager was excellent on this front, but HR took a lot longer
