Very innovative company with a lot of potential to be a great company. There are some really talented and creative people who are trying to make a change.
Cons
The HR in this company is a requisitions department . If an employee has a legitimate complaint, HR will immediately make them feel like they are the guilty one and do nothing about it. They ask employees to let them know why they are quitting the company, but take that information and do nothing with it. There are some very abusive and unqualified employees getting promoted on the basis of friendship with their bosses, while other talented people are forced to quit. HR is ignoring some serious complaints and possibly setting up the company for failure. Unfortunately, Nothing will change if Executives don’t start getting more involved and start replacing the toxic managers.
