Upper management is so terrified of David Paul that the whole company runs on fear. David Paul micromanages every single aspect of every project. The only thing this company cares about is cheap labor, cheap products, and going as fast as possible, even if quality has to be sacrificed. I would never want a Globus product implanted in me. David Paul makes sure to setup regular meetings to basically yell at employees when his unrealistic expectations aren't met. All Sr. management just sits there and reiterates everything he says even though they don't believe what he is saying either. This company is a complete Joke. Merger with NuVasive is going horribly. All NuVasive people are quitting left and right, and the company has way to much work and not enough people to get everything done. Things are so bad David Paul and leadership are calling people asking them to stay after they quite.
