Pros
High turnover means that you may get the opportunity to take on a lot of responsibility quickly, which is great experience if you're entry-level. Lots of opportunities for interaction with customers and management team.
Cons
This is really a very toxic work environment with a lot of unfulfilled and disgruntled employees. There's no accountability among management so there's a lot of finger pointing and blaming of employees at the lowest levels for managers to save face, leading to an unnecessarily stressful and miserable environment. The culture and processes are archaic, even for the med device industry. Compensation is far below the industry average. While there is a lot of promotion from within, there's very little professional development and training opportunities. Possibly the most concerning aspect is that management team isn't really concerned with the turnover and doesn't seem to see it as something that needs to be addressed but I can't imagine it being a sustainable model in the long term.
