The leadership and upper management are closed to new ideas or changes in processes. They are stuck in the past and are not making internal advancements that will really make them a company of the figure The leadership is opposed to difference in opinions and prefer people who will just affirm them. The culture isn’t that great because many of the employees are not happy with the environment of the company. The management of the covid-19 pandemic has also been less than great. Employees were made to come immediately return to offices where shower curtains line the desks as PPE as soon as the state’s lockdown was lifted, even though the number one recommendation given was of remote work was possible it should be done. This led to multiple cases of covid-19 being contracted by employees and it was kept very secretive just how many employees caught covid, because they knew many of the employees were not happy with the decision.
