Pros

Training is effective and made available to new employees via someone in the department you’re working in/ manager in charge.

Cons

• Low pay for amount of work expected out of employees • Unrealistic expectations •Favoritism •Gossip/ drama (Lots of it) • Highly inappropriate and unprofessional environment created by upper staff/ management • Poor industry standards • Poor leadership / management ( zero role models, management sits for hours on phones, walking around and talking for 30 minutes to an hour about unrelated work subjects) • Low safety assurance ( place is disorganized and packed with boxes/trash, wet floors ( anyone can get hurt walking around the facilities, especially the warehouse at any point in time) • Zero break time/ 30 minute lunch( employees get 2 (5 min) break while working an 8 hour shift and only a 30 minute lunch break. Employees are questioned when missing from their desks even for a 10 minute bathroom break. •Tons of Secrecy / zero communication between upper management and employees •Very poor handling of the Covid- 19 guidelines/ situation • Vacation time/ sick days - Management gets mad & makes it uncomfortable for employees to take off even one day off when they do have available days to take.

Pros

Great community of people to work with, flexibility with working hours (as long as you're over 40hrs/week, investment in developing skills and experience early in career. Excellent place to start your career. Things move quickly and stay interesting. Lots of resources for PD.

Cons

No flexibility whatsoever for any work from home, regardless of circumstance, pay is average and benefits are only okay. Communication with/from execs often not the clearest and timelines are aggressive, which is a good and bad thing.
