Some very nice, overworked, under appreciated and severely underpaid people work there...all biding their time.q
Cons
CEO is a severely suspicious micro manager that has no business in the front office. No real management skills ...unless you call being undeniably cheap, narcissistic and incestuous in his selection of managers, a style. Family and friends reign at Globus.... None and I mean non have any management skills unless you call Managing A Taco Bell or an old folks home,...Prior management skills Poorly paid, you will see more and more of the good folks who make it happen leave for better paying more appreciated jobs.
