Pros

I would say stock options healthcare you get exposure to lot of areas, departments

Cons

Globus Medical is not a good place to work, the environment is very toxic and judgemental. Managers and Vice presidents always gossip about their employees. Racist managers, they literally hate you for speaking out and telling your opinions, they show it to only particular group of people. They hire managers that have no people management skills, there are good people but they have to keep their mouth shut if they have to keep their job. Employees are expected to outperform, but are not paid well and managers offer no support. There is a lot of favouritism, you can clearly see that some managers prefer only particular races. I am glad I am out of here in a couple of weeks. The amount of work experience gained isn't worth the toxicity and stress this place causes, especially with a toxic boss. If they don't like you on day 1, they will never like you. Period, I would stay away from this company unless you want to lose your self-confidence, lose your mental health. I would never recommend this place to any of my friends.

Pros

Great community of people to work with, flexibility with working hours (as long as you're over 40hrs/week, investment in developing skills and experience early in career. Excellent place to start your career. Things move quickly and stay interesting. Lots of resources for PD.

Cons

No flexibility whatsoever for any work from home, regardless of circumstance, pay is average and benefits are only okay. Communication with/from execs often not the clearest and timelines are aggressive, which is a good and bad thing.
