Pros
Coworkers outside upper management are great. Can be interesting work with high responsibility levels.
Cons
They do the minimum they can for their employees and treat (almost) everyone as just a number. One big example of this is they refuse to post salary ranges for their positions in California and Colorado despite being fully aware that it is legally required in those states. It's likely cheaper for them to risk paying the fines than to be upfront about how low their salaries are. Even internally, they refuse to provide any guidelines towards leveling and promotions or salary ranges for positions. They provide no remote flexibility and very little flexibility for hours.
