Pros

The culture itself CAN very caring in nature. The teams work hard to support each other and the customers. Middle management was very caring and understanding.

Cons

The executive team is disconnected from reality High turnover The customer base has REALLY high expectations and support is not staffed well to handle those expectations. A lot of complaints roll over to community forums or sales team.
