Product line is terrible No job security unless you're in the C-suite Set up for failure internally It's a cult in there This company is 80% advertising and sales which leaves not enough to care about the lump of coal given to consumers with access to such vast capital and talent. All the competition has blown past Glowforge because they aren't innovating anything other than how to exploit their followers and users locked into their ecosystems after poor impulse decisions. This company won't last another 5 years if that.
