It's unfortunate that the executive level team presents the product line that suggests they are durable business machinery in marketing, but went down the path of creating laser cutters that, in my opinion, are consumer electronics devices with little end user serviceability that are extremely hard for users to repair. Their decisions with cutting staff were equally disappointing and felt like pretty garden-variety venture capital maneuvers.
