We would appreciate the opportunity to continue the dialogue, as you raise some concerns that we simply don't endorse or support. Teams working at odds, for example, is not the GoCanvas way, and something we would love to collaborate on correcting. You are correct that the Client Services team has seen significant change in the past 6 months, we fully expect that it will settle and stabilize this quarter. We might agree to disagree though, on some points you raised, too. We deliberately look internally to fill open positions and delight in making internal promotions. In fact, we have in the last 3 quarters had 10 internal promotions. With regard to salaries, our HR team completes market analysis and salary audits each year, to ensure our salaries are aligned with the market and that there aren't discrepancies in pay for the same role and level of experience.
