I like the industries who I sell to. The product sells itself with the ease of use.
Cons
Frequent (2-3x/yr) changes make it challenging to feel stable with job security. A lot of pressure on sales to perform but slow times in the spring and summer make it hard to even hit 80% of goal. The company is reactive to pivot in a positive direction to hit goals and things take time to make possible. Company advertises growth but it reduced headcount by 20% at beginning of 2023
