Hey there, Happy New Year! Thanks for taking the time to share your experience with the Glassdoor community! I couldn't agree more with your assessment of who we get to work alongside and serve. Our customers are in almost every industry and they are all building interesting businesses! Our team, too, is incredible to work with, which has always been true but over the past 12 months of COVID the team has really shown how resilient and caring they are. As for bureaucracy, I'd love to hear more about this in OfficeVibe our engagement platform, or even in Slack. We avoid approval-based processes wherever possible, so I would be interested to hear if some have developed during the frequent pivots COVID demanded and if they are still necessary.
